One Report Card ($5)
A One Report Card is a single monthly Our Love Grade experience for both partners. It remains open for 30 days after purchase.
The School Year ($12)
The School Year is a one-time $12 purchase that includes 12 consecutive calendar-month Love Grades for both partners. There are no automatic renewals.
$7 School Year Upgrades
After a completed $5 One Report Card, eligible customers may upgrade for an additional $7 so the total equals $12. The completed standalone report becomes Month 1 of the School Year.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges may be refunded. Please contact support with the email tied to your purchase so we can verify the charge safely.
Verified Technical Issues
Verified technical failures that prevent access to or completion of an Our Love Grade experience should be reviewed by support and may be eligible for a refund.
Data Deletion
Voluntary data deletion is permanent and is generally not, by itself, a basis for a refund.
Refunds Are Generally Not Provided For
- Changing one's mind
- Partner non-participation
- Missed School Year months
- Closed or unfinished reports
- Ending a relationship
- Disagreement with results
- Forgetting to complete a monthly report
- Voluntary data deletion
